Our Mission
Moksha Soul exists as a sacred space of remembrance.
Rooted in presence, devotion, and reverence for the body’s wisdom,
we hold containers where individuals are invited to slow, soften,
and return to the truth already living within them.
This work is not about fixing, striving, or becoming.
It is about creating conditions for listening,
to the breath, the heart, and the quiet intelligence of the soul.
Through meditation, ritual, ceremony, and intimate gathering,
Moksha Soul offers spaces where nervous systems settle,
inner knowing is restored, and connection to self, to others,
and to the living world is remembered.
We honor conscious collaboration and reciprocal relationship
with the land, the communities, and the lineages we engage with,
recognizing that sacred work is most potent when it is rooted
in respect, humility, and care.
Moksha Soul is a living practice.
An invitation to return to the inner temple
where truth is felt, not forced,
and liberation unfolds naturally.
Founder
About Lee Sol
I am Lee Sol, founder of Moksha Soul and a keeper of sacred space.
My work is rooted in presence, reverence, and deep listening.
I hold containers where people are invited to slow down, soften their nervous systems, and return to the truth already living within their bodies and hearts.
This path is not about fixing, striving, or becoming someone new.
It is about remembering what has never been lost.
I do not see myself as a healer in the traditional sense.
Rather, I hold space for what is ready to surface gently, safely, and in its own time.
How This Path Unfolded
My own journey has been one of learning how to listen to my body, my breath, and the quiet intelligence beneath thought.
Like many, I have moved through periods of anxiety, disconnection, and searching. Through yoga, meditation, and devotional practice, I came to understand that healing is not a destination, but a relationship. One that unfolds through presence rather than effort.
This understanding led me to India, where I trained in Hatha Yoga and immersed myself in ancient practices that emphasized embodiment, discipline, and devotion. What I received there was not a new identity, but a deep remembering of simplicity, humility, and inner authority.
From that foundation, Moksha Soul naturally emerged.
Moksha Soul
Moksha means liberation, not as something to be achieved, but as something revealed when we stop resisting ourselves.
Moksha Soul exists as a living practice and a sacred space of return.
Through meditation, ritual, ceremony, breath, and intimate gathering, I offer environments where the body feels safe enough to listen, the heart feels supported enough to open, and the soul can speak without force.
This work is rooted in remedy, ritual, and ceremony, not as performance, but as devotion.
Each offering is held with care, integrity, and respect for the land, the lineage of practices, and the individual rhythms of those who enter the space.
How I Hold Space
I work with individuals and small groups through:
soul-led meditations
ceremonial and ritual containers
breath and somatic awareness
retreats and intimate gatherings
Each experience is designed to support grounding, clarity, and inner coherence, allowing insight and transformation to arise naturally rather than being pushed.
Why I Do This Work
Because I know what it feels like to come home.
And because I trust the body’s wisdom when it is met with safety, patience, and reverence.
Moksha Soul is not a promise of change.
It is an invitation to remember what is already whole.
Moksha Soul exists as a living space between worlds,
where inner and outer life meet through presence, ritual, and remembrance.
This work unfolds in rhythm, not rush.
Offerings, gatherings, and experiences are shared as they are ready.
You are welcome to return when the call feels true.
