This session will be live with one of our experienced herbalists. We believe in healing physical imbalances naturally as mother earth always provides everything we need.

Transformational Breath Work

  • Transformational Breath Work is a cutting edge breath work therapy combining conscious breathing, gentle body mapping (similar to acupressure), movement, toning (vocal sound) and positive affirmations.

    Transformational Breath Work, is a self-healing technique that helps people to access the full potential of their breathing system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being.

    Breath work therapies derive from spiritual practices dating back to 5,000 BC. Influenced by the ancient Vedic Yogic ‘prana’yama (breath / life-force control) and Tibetan Tantric Tummo. The breath work you will learn and practice is unique from other forms of breath work in the way that it utilizes the entire respiratory system in combination with several other modalities.

Ayurveda Consultation

  • Ayurveda is the science of life, also called the “Mother of all healings”. The world's oldest known medical science originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda teaches us how to adopt nature's rhythm into our daily life. The main goal of Ayurveda is nothing less than a state of perfect health, in which everyone is inwardly in balance and outwardly in harmony with the environment and the laws of nature. Just as everyone has a unique fingerprint, each person has a particular pattern of energy – and individual combination of physical, mental and emotional characteristics which compromises their own constitution (Dosha). This constitution is determined at conception by a number of factors and remains the same throughout one's life.
